A Montana nursing home is being sued for the wrongful death of a former resident.  The 87-year-old victim’s family will begin trial to prove the nursing home was negligent in providing care to the man.  The patient died in 2005 from a blood infection after suffering a broken neck.  The broken neck was caused by a fall while being transferred from his wheelchair to the toilet.  After the fall, ulcers developed and worsened over time without care.
