Nursing Home Operator Sued For Negligence | Ormond Beach Nursing Home Abuse Lawyer

A nursing home operator and his wife have been sued for negligence in the death of a nursing home resident.  The pair also faces charges of Medicare and Medicaid fraud.  A Georgia jury has decided that the nursing home operator, George Houser, will pay $43.5 million in damages for the death of Morris Ellison.  Ellison fell at the home and broke his hip before he died in 2007.
