Nursing Home Resident Attacked By Roomate | Orange City Nursing Home Abuse Lawyer

 A nursing home resident in California died at the age of 81 after suffering from severe bed sores and physical abuse.  Her family recently filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the nursing facility.

Due to the home’s alleged negligence the resident had large sores that appeared to have not been taken care of.  Also, while in her room she was attacked by her roommate with a hair pick.  The attack caused numerous bruises and cuts.  She passed away after her son rushed her to the hospital to find out she was also suffering from pneumonia.
