Nursing Home Resident Dies After Fall | Daytona Beach Nursing Home Injury Lawyer

A California nursing home resident recently died the day after he fell in his room.  The 85-year-old man had a history of falling yet the nursing home failed to properly supervise him.  Hours after the fall, the resident was transported to the hospital where he later died.  The cause of death was listed as head injuries. The nursing home has been fined $100,000 for the incident.
