A Minnesota nursing home has been cited for neglect after a resident died from a fall at the facility.  The resident suffered the fall in March and died only days later.  The cause of death was an intracranial hemorrhage.  The home did not sufficiently monitor the patient after the fall.  They are now revising their policies and procedures.
