A Boston woman is suing the nursing home where her mother suffered a fatal fall.  The 92-year-old patient was suffering from an infection that was never diagnosed.  This alleged negligence led to her becoming disoriented and falling from a chair.  The patient hit her head during the fall and died one day later.
