Nursing Home Resident Found In Freezer | Daytona Beach Nursing Home Abuse Attorney

A nursing home facility in California is under investigation after a resident was found in the home’s walk-in freezer.  The 94-year-old woman was found in the freezer, which is set at 5 degrees.  It is unclear how long she was trapped for.  She was taken to the hospital for treatment. The type of injuries she sustained was not released.  The nursing home says corrective action has been taken against two employees but will not elaborate.
