A law enforcement officer was involved in a car crash with a Daytona Beach resident while responding to a robbery last night.  Christie Warden, 45, failed to yield to the police car at the intersection of Nova Road and Mason Avenue.  The officer’s vehicle struck Warden’s driver side door while headed east through the intersection.  The patrol car’s sirens and lights were in use at the time of the accident.
