Officer Receives Probation For Fatal Crash | Jacksonville Accident Attorney
A Jacksonville police officer pleaded no contest after a crash resulting in the death of an 86-year-old man. Officer Marcus Kilpatrick will face a year of probation and 100 hours of community service. Kilpatrick was traveling at 98 mph on a 40 mph road without his lights or sirens when he struck Matthew Odgen’s truck. Kilpatrick was chasing a speeding vehicle with improper window tint at the time of the crash.
