A motorcycle accident sent a passenger to the hospital in critical condition this week. The passenger was on a bike traveling on State Road 40 in Ormond Beach. A bike in front of them was trying to make a U-turn to pick up a hat when the collision occurred. The wreck was near Buckskin Lane around 2 p.m. Wednesday. The identities of those involved have not been released at this time.
