A four vehicle crash on Interstate-4 left one person injured early this morning.  The accident happened around 6:30 a.m. in the westbound lanes near State Road 528. Driver John Tracey, 43, hit the back of a car driven by Jermaine Rivers, 28.  Rivers was then pushed into another lane where his truck crashed into a car driven by Revni Soluvrance, 56, and another van driven by Jesus Diaz.  Soluvrance was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
