One Killed In Head-On Collision | Deltona Accident Attorney

A fatal head-on crash occurred Friday in Brevard County on State Road 46.  The accident occurred when Deltona resident, Turner Huffman, 19, attempted to pass a car in a no-passing zone.  Huffman had driven his SUV into the path of an oncoming car driven by Geraldine Daley, 73.  Daley and Huffman’s vehicles collided west of Hatbill Road.

Daley was killed in the accident. Huffman was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.  The vehicle Huffman was passing also wrecked trying to avoid the collision.  The driver, Michele Bair, 36, suffered minor injuries. Huffman was charged with improper passing and additional charges are pending investigation.
