A boating accident on Lake Harris yesterday left one passenger injured and one missing. Michael Robert Smith was taken to the hospital with injuries after the pontoon boat he was driving crashed into a dock. Smith was then arrested and charged with boating under the influence. Witnesses also saw a female on the boat but authorities have not been able to find her. It is believed she may have fled from the scene.
