A 40-year-old Orange City resident was taken to Halifax Health Medical Center after a train hit his vehicle.  Clifford Kelley Jr., 40, was driving northbound on the train tracks when a southbound train hit his vehicle early this morning.  The train’s engineer, Jacksonville resident, D.J. Steadman, 47, was able to slow the train down to 15 mph before the impact occurred.  Authorities are not sure why Kelley was on the tracks.
