An Orlando man was killed while jaywalking Saturday. Anthony Joseph Garcia, 28, was driving a Lincoln when Martin Porre Fernandez, 40, stepped out in front of him. Garcia had the green light to go and did not see Fernandez crossing the intersection. Fernandez died later at Orlando Regional Medical Center.
