A fatal accident occurred Saturday night when a motorcycle crashed into a guardrail on Interstate-95. The single vehicle accident occurred when driver Sean Hardy, 33, of Jacksonville, lost control on a turn. His passenger, Joseph Hardy, 27, of Ormond Beach, was ejected. Joseph was not wearing a helmet and died at the scene. Sean sustained minor injuries and was wearing a helmet.
