A 41-year-old man died after a car crashed into his motorized wheelchair. Frank Fuller, of Ormond Beach, was on State Road A1A without lights or reflectors on the wheelchair Monday night. Susan Bellingham, 52, also of Ormond Beach, was driving southbound on A1A when she crashed into Fuller. Fuller died at Florida Hospital Oceanside. No charges have been filed in the accident.
