A crash last night left one woman dead and one man seriously injured. Samantha J. Soper, 20, was killed in an accident while trying to make a left turn. Soper and her passenger, Derrick Wellborn, 22, were struck by an oncoming car, driven by Raul Araujo, 68. Araujo was not able to stop his vehicle in time. Wellborn suffered serious injuries.
