A Palm Coast woman was involved in two accidents Tuesday causing one fatality.  The first wreck occurred when Pamela Reid tried passing another  vehicle on U.S. 1 near Flagler County. After leaving the scene of the first accident, Reid entered I-95 where she hit another vehicle head on.  The passengers in the other car, Trevor Luce and Bruce Castle where thrown out. Luce and Reid were taken to the hospital with injuries Castle died from his injuries.
