Park Worker Could Face 25 Years For Child Injuries | DeLand Child Injury Attorney


The Wisconsin theme park ride operator who caused a 12-year-old girl to free fall 100 feet to the ground could face up to 25 years in prison.  Charles Carnell, 33, has been charged with first-degree reckless injury after the accident causing Teagan Marti injuries.  Marti is still in the hospital and could be paralyzed.  Carnell has admitted to using marijuana days before the accident but no drug test was given after the accident.
