A 62-year-old pedestrian died from injuries suffered after being struck by two separate vehicles Friday night. Gilberto Gonzalez-Fuentes was crossing U.S. 17 when he was hit by a patrol car driven by Pedro Ruiz, 38. Gonzalez-Fuentes was then struck by another car driven by Amanda Issac, 21. Ruiz sustained minor injuries.
