A fatal pedestrian accident occurred Wednesday night in St. Augustine on U.S.1. Antionio D’Amico, 35, and Kara Sharp, 32, both from Hastings, were walking northbound when a truck drifted over and hit D’Amico. The truck was driven by Kevin Taylor, 20. D’Amico died from injuries at Flagler Hospital. Sharp suffered minor injuries in the crash.
