A man was seriously injured this week when he was struck by a semi in Lakeland. John McLean, 61, entered the path of the semi-truck driving on George Jenkins Boulevard Tuesday morning. The vehicle was driven by Martin Brady, 46, of Lakeland. McLean was transported to Lakeland Regional Medical Center. The incident is under investigation.
