A St. Augustine man was killed Sunday when a vehicle struck him at the intersection of U.S. 1 and Old Moultrie Road. Everett Coots Jr, 24, did not see Michael Gosline, 57, standing in the road and will not face charges in the accident. Gosline was wearing dark clothing at the time. He died later at Flagler Hospital .
