A fatal crash occurred on Beville Road in Daytona Beach. A 23-year-old student was killed while crossing the street near Cambridge Road. Andrew Houlberg was a student at a blind center in the area. Houlberg was struck by a car driven by Wyatt Woodward, 18. Houlberg was taken to Halifax Health Medical Center where he died. Authorities are investigation the incident.
