A 28-year-old man was killed Sunday night while crossing the road. Alex Michael Ramos was crossing Conroy Road near Kirkman Road when he was struck by a car. The car was driven by Laurent Benhaim. Benhaim tried to avoid Ramos, who was not in a marked crosswalk, but was unsuccessful. Ramos died from injuries at Orlando Regional Medical Center.
