Pharmacist Supplying Nursing Home Drugs On Probation | Daytona Beach Nursing Home Injury Lawyer


An Illinois pharmacist has been accused of repackaging drugs headed to a nursing home with the wrong expiration date.  The pharmacist, Ted Thalmann, 47, was given 3 years of probation for the misdemeanor.  Thalmann repackaged the drugs from the original manufacturer’s bottle in 2007 and 2008.
