A Daytona Beach man has been charged with vehicular homicide in the death of a 21-year-old Port Orange woman.  Joshua Baldes, 27, turned into the path of three motorcycles Friday night injuring four people and killing one, then left the scene of the accident.

Grace Scullion was thrown from the motorcycle she was a passenger on when the crash occurred. Scullion, who was pregnant, died from injuries sustained.  Her driver, Jeramy Scarsella, 22, suffered serious injuries.  A Port Orange police officer, whose identity was not released, also suffered serious injuries.  Shawn Scarsella, 24, and Michelle Koelker, were also injured.  Baldes has been charged with vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of a crash with death and leaving a scene of a crash with serious bodily injury.
