A 31-year-old woman working for Volusia County Schools was involved in a single vehicle car accident Wednesday.  Lisa Bliss, 31, a psychologist, was driving with her 9-year-old son in the car when her vehicle hit a roundabout.  Bliss’ blood alcohol level was reported to be more than double the legal limit when it was tested over 2.5 hours after the crash.  Bliss was charged with DUI, DUI involving property damage and unlawful blood alcohol level.
