A 34-year-old nursing home worker has been charged with criminal negligence causing death and failure to provide to a person under charge the necessities of life. Diane Peck was arrested this week after a nursing home resident died only 12 days after sustaining injuries in a fall in March.  The resident’s injuries were not taken care of until two days after the fall when other nursing home staff noticed the injury.  She was then taken to the hospital for treatment of a fractured femur but later died.
