A 46-year-old man died Thursday morning after a semi ran into the back of his vehicle. The Lake County man, whose identity was not released at this time, was on U.S. Highway 27 near Clermont when the accident occurred. The semi driver, Roldan Gonzalez-Janero, 59, hit the car as the man was trying to cross the northbound lanes. The accident is still under investigation.
