Silver Springs Man Charged With DUI Manslaughter In Crash | DeLand Car Accident Lawyer

A family driving on I-95 Sunday morning was hit by a man driving in the wrong direction.  Kevin Cash, 25, has been charged with DUI manslaughter in the crash.

Cash was driving southbound in the northbound lanes near International Speedway Boulevard when the accident occurred.  William Goldbaugh, 46, driving the other vehicle was killed. The other passengers Melissa Goldbaugh, 43, Timmy Goldbaugh, 12, and Chance Schirripia, 12, were all injured.  Cash also suffered minor injuries.
