A fatal car crash occurred Wednesday night in Stuart when a driver ran a red light. Michael Opsincs, 26, failed to stop on Kanner Highway when he crashed into a vehicle driven by Todd Cooper, 36. Cooper was driving four children at the time. His daughter Brianna Cooper, 11, was killed in the accident. Bryce Cooper, 9, and twins, Briley and Brandon Cooper, 3, were all seriously injured. Todd Cooper also suffered serious injuries. Opsincs suffered only minor injuries. Charges are pending.
