A hit-and-run wreck killed a University of St. Augustine student Wednesday.  Bryan Wrigley, 23, of South Carolina was riding a bicycle on County Road 214 when a vehicle hit him.  The crash occurred between I-95 and Country Road 13A, west of St. Augustine.  Wrigley was found in a ditch by a passing motorist.  Authorities believe the hit-and-run vehicle was a Ford pickup or sport utility vehicle.  Wrigley was from West Columbia, SC and a member of a riding club.
