A 14-year-old girl was killed when an oak tree fell onto the vehicle she was a passenger in.  Lexus Duncan was riding in a 2004 Nissan driven by her father DeCarlos Duncan when the crash occurred.  DeCarlos is in fair condition at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
