Traffic was blocked for hours this weekend after a tractor-trailer crashed on I-95 in Daytona Beach.  The accident occurred early Saturday morning between LPGA Boulevard and International Speedway.  The truck’s tire blew causing it to hit the median and catch fire.  Chemicals leaking from the truck held up rescue crews.  Officials testing the area say there were no environmental hazards. The driver of the truck was taken to Halifax Health Medical Center with injuries.
