An Amtrak train was struck by a vehicle this afternoon while in Osceola County. The driver, Frank Rosa, was cited for careless driving in the incident. Reports say Rosa’s Ford F-150 truck passed the gate and skidded into the train’s engine car. Rosa and two passengers in the truck suffered minor injuries.
