Two men were killed Monday morning in two separate crashes on State Road 415 south of Osteen.  The first accident occurred when motorcyclist, Carl McDaniel Jr., 48, entered into the path of a truck.  McDaniel was killed in the crash.  The driver of the truck, Otto Putti, 50, was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Only minutes after the first crash, a passenger from Putti’s truck, James Ledford, 34, was struck by a hit-and-run vehicle.  Ledford died at Central Florida Regional Hospital.
