A single-vehicle crash killed two people and left three people injured Tuesday morning. The accident occurred on Fort Florida Road when the sport utility vehicle flipped and caught on fire. Carlos Velazco, 18, of Debary, died from injuries. The identity of the other victim who was killed is unknown. The three people injured were: Joshua Ritter, 18, the driver, Kenyanna Hawkins, 18, and Ryan Jenkins, 17.
