Clinton and Susan Carter, 1344 Harbor Oaks Road, were both involved in a fatal accident early Sunday. The car, driven by Clinton Carter, overturned after hitting a wall near Hart Expressway approaching the bridge.
Clinton died at the scene. Susan was taken to Shands Jacksonville Hospital where she later died.
