A 26-year-old University of Central Florida student died Monday after suffering injuries in a pedestrian crash Sunday night. Fabian Ruales was crossing the road when a car driven by Leor Silverman, 21, hit him. The crash occurred on West Palm Valley Drive near Reserve Circle. The crash is under investigation but no charges have been filed.
