A van driven by Antoinette Cox, 67, crashed into Eyeglass World in Ocala yesterday. Cox was driving her cousin, Idella Coffy, 75, to the store at the time of the accident. When Cox was parking the van, she hit the gas instead of the brakes propelling the vehicle into the business. No injuries were reported.
