A 19-year-old man was reported to have been looking at his cell phone when he crashed into the home of 15-year-old Shannon Broome and pinned her to the wall.  Steven Nicholas Bryant, of Jacksonville, lost control of his vehicle when he over corrected.  Bryant was cited for careless driving.  Broome, who was just recovering from another Jacksonville car crash, was taken to Shands Jacksonville Hospital.  She suffered a broken pelvis hip, leg and ribs in the accident.
