A 37-year-old woman turned herself in after a hit-and-run pedestrian accident Tuesday night. Lisa Eldred left the scene of the accident after striking a pedestrian in a parking lot. The victim, Paul Hournbuckle, 36, was flown to Orlando Regional Medical Center in critical condition. Eldred has been charged with leaving the scene of a crash with bodily injuries.
