Road construction on Interstate-95 confused a Melbourne woman as she entered the highway, causing her to drive north in the southbound lane. Lois Phillips, 84, stopped her vehicle when she saw cars heading in her direction. A semi truck was not able to stop and crashed into two other trucks that had stopped for her. Two people involved in the accident were treated for minor injuries.
