Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed After Woman’s Death | Daytona Beach Negligence Attorney

A nursing home has been sued for wrongful death and medical negligence after the death of a resident in 2009.  Betty Dressel died as a result of the negligence of the nursing home facility.  Dressel suffered from pressure ulcers, infection and sepsis that eventually led to her death.  Her daughter has filed the lawsuit claiming the facility failed to properly care for her mother.
